Thomas C. Pavlik, Jr. is a Cleveland, Ohio, native admitted to practice law in Illinois, Texas (inactive) and Ohio (inactive). As a Cleveland sports fan, he loves to fight for the underdog.

After graduating from The University of Notre Dame Law School, Tom clerked for Chief Justice Benjamin K. Miller of the Illinois Supreme Court, and in 1993 began his private practice as an associate in the Dallas office of international law firm Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue.

Tom knows running a business can be difficult and complicated. He advises his clients on buying and selling assets, mergers and acquisitions, negotiating contracts, dealing with employees, liability issues and more. Tom's advice combines high quality legal analysis with a practical, value focused perspective to help his clients achieve the best overall result for their particular situation.

Tom also represents numerous local and national banks in both loan documentation and loan workouts and counsels business clients on lending transactions.
